GRANDPA CAL

I have been totally blessed to live 29 years with all 4 of my grandparents. This September I lost my first. I have always been close with all of my grandparents, so it was a sad experience. I was lucky enough to have just gone home to see everyone and got the chance to visit with him just a few days before. One tender mercy and a great gift from my husband! I will be forever blessed that my grandpa got to meet both of my children.

Billi Bed

Peyton had Jaundice when she was born so we spent the first few days home in a "suitcase." It was no fun to say the least but it was the pictures are quite cute. The fiasco to get her bed was a pain, but finally she got her little "tanning bed" and we got rid of her tan!!!

Sisters

Becoming a sister has been a delight for Tayauna. She loves Peyton and is always willing to give a helping hand when we need it. Getting a sister also came with some really big bonuses...first her Beeka came to visit, then her Gram (my mom), then her Ninny. Such a lucky girl. They kept her busy and me healthy and got me back on my feet so a big thanks to all!!!

PeYtOn is HeRe!!!!!

Our long awaited nine months is finally over and we have our new addition!!! She was 7 lbs 3 oz and 19 inches long!!! She looks just like her sister did. We are now the proud parents and BIG sister of a beautiful little girl!!!

Strawberry DAYS!!!

Got to love STRAWBERRY DAYS!!! I came and visited a couple of years ago and experienced my first Strawberry Days, and was hooked. Last year Jordan got to experience the Rodeo and I had to make sure that he got the chance to partake in everything else (even though we do not live in PG). We took the girls to the GPS, poop, I mean PG pool, whatever you would like to call it (depends on who you are or what has gone down there that day) which of course they both loved. Especially the water dog Tater. Then to the park Tuesday for a concert and Strawberries and cream!!! What a great treat! I think that we wore more than we ate.

A Date with Mom and Date

We thought that it would be GREAT to take Tater on one last just mom and dad date before the baby. She had really wanted to go see the new Shrek movie so we loaded her up and took her to the movies. She wore her glasses the whole movie and we thought she was darn cute!! I think we may have enjoyed watching her more than anything that evening.

A Gingerbread House Clark Griswald Would Be Proud Of!!

For Family Home Evening Jordan decided that we needed to make a gingerbread house. At first we were neat and tidy and losing Tayaunas attention. Then I said why don't we just frost the roof and let her put stuff everywhere. So we did and she enjoyed every second of it. She ate goodies as she placed them on and put stuff everywhere. Mostly as you can see the roof is plastered and everything else is naked, but sometimes that is the way it goes.
